Welcome to Engeli Treasury Solutions (ETS), South Africa’s best treasury company, where we provide a proven financial value one market at a time. ETS is an outsourcing company that offers its expertise in Foreign Exchange Risk Management by continually and exponentially adding value to its clients. ETS is a FSCA-approved Treasury Services company (FSP No. 48139), providing corporate clients with managed foreign exchange services allowing clients to outsource their day-to-day treasury operations in order for them to concentrate on their core competencies.

The majority of ETS is owned by Engeli Enterprise Development (Pty) Ltd and Acorn Black Investments (Pty) Ltd, 100% Black women-owned investment company, with the balance owned by staff and management. ETS is registered as a Level 2 B-BBEE QSE company.

The core of the ETS team is experienced individuals that have worked for Banks, Corporate Treasuries and leading Treasury Outsourcing businesses, using a tried and tested SA -developed treasury management system (TMS) that caters to the uniquely South African exchange control and banking requirements.

Trevor Hayter

BCom, FIFM, CAIB: Banking, Financial Markets, Risk Management. Trevor has a background in Banking, International trade & Financial Services. Entrepreneur for past 25 years & founding member of various companies including listed company IQUAD, in partnership with the PSG Group

Colleen Smith

Diploma in Financial Markets & Instruments; Diploma in Export Management; Treasury background, having worked in both Banking & Corporate Treasuries, the latter managing both the Investment and Foreign Exchange portfolios for an international Petrochemical company

Ralph Piek

BCom Investment Management at the University of Pretoria. 4 years in hospitality management and business operations locally and internationally. Experience in project management and development internationally for the building of eco-tourism lodging. Skilled in troubleshooting solutions and technology services.

Bruce Smith

Certificate in Treasury Management Unisa. Certificate in Export Management (Safto). Three decades as a Portfolio Manager at IQuad Treasury Solutions / Sasfin Forex Risk Solutions trading for several listed and unlisted entities.

Willem Piek

BCom, 10 years Corporate Banking and Foreign Exchange Customer Dealings (FNB), 17 years Corporate Foreign Exchange Risk Management (Director of IQuad Treasury Solutions). 3 years Head of Foreign Exchange Dealing and Sales (Sasfin Bank).

Gregory Garner

Diploma in Financial Management; Diploma in Marketing & Advertising; Certificate in Corporate Treasury. Gregory has a background in Financial Services locally and internationally spanning 15 years which included roles such as Head of Sasfin Risk Solutions and Head Foreign Exchange for Access Bank SA.

Xavier McNaughton

A seasoned professional with nearly a decade of experience in the financial services sector. For three exhilarating years, Xavier commanded the trading desk as a forex dealer at Sasfin Bank. His exceptional skills were further showcased during his tenure as the Head of the Corporate Foreign Exchange Portfolio’s at Currency Partners.
